Step 1 - Understand and Accept Course Registration Policies

1. Cancellation from the PERC, with 75% refund of the Registration Fee, will be allowed up to February 1, 2010. In order to receive credit for course cancellation, the Registrant must, not later than that date, notify the Webmaster at Support@SNAMeLearning.org and SNAME Headquarters of their action.
2. Completion Certificates will be issued to those registrants who complete a minimum of seven (7) Units of the PERC. Completion of a Unit will be determined on the basis of Virtual Classroom "attendance" records maintained by the site.
