- All course material used during any SNAME's Distance Learning course remains the property of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers. No course material may be duplicated or used in any way without the express written permission of SNAME.
- Particpation in a SNAME Distance Learning course is restricted to the registrant and only the registrant. Participation by unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
